My hope is to share the new world I am seeing while living in China through essays and pictures. This is a journey with the occasional turning back and reflecting. The title of this blog comes from my name translated from Norwegian, which seemed a fitting name for what I want to do.

Kaifeng Revisited
For two weeks this last summer I went back to Kaifeng. It still has a certain chaos to it that Shenzhen has been orderly removing from itself.
